Hampton Inn has really taken a step back. What was once a positive draw for the hotel franchise, a full hot breakfast with multiple chafing dishes with eggs, bacon or sausage, has been reduced to one chafing dish with sections of hot breakfast items.
The mattress in our room seemed old, soft and in need of replacement. The sheets would not stay on the bed.
The TV in the room was inconsistent in powering up, and we had to call the front desk (who was great) for help.
The staff is very good, helpful, and friendly.
