Lovely spacious room with a 12pm checkout time allowing me plenty of time in the morning to work from the room. Breakfast was excellent and they provided ample time - around 3 hours. Staff were excellent and extremely friendly.

Room felt very dated but staff and service was good. Greeted warmly on arrival. Shame you charge for parking considering how much of it you have. Should be included in the price and charged to visitors really. Room was ok but toilet didn’t really flush at all. Didn’t even get rid of a single tissue so not good really. Curtains needed cleaning and windows in disrepair. Overall I think a refurb is in order here as the communal areas seem to have had a lick of paint and fresh fabrics.

Room for 3 adults (sisters). Main bed very comfortable, but sofa bed not so much. Facilities in room lovely. Excellent breakfast with good range of hours, but totally let down by lack of cups - only had paper cups for coffee / tea - really not impressed. Fantastic gym with 24 hour access and great machines & good variety. Would recommend

On arrival the litter bin by main entrance was overflowing also litter strewn around the front steps. Not a great welcome. Litter still there the next morning. Also a high number of room service trays uncollected in the corridors. I expected higher standards from the Hilton group.
Front Entrance: Not a great way to great visitors @ 15.35hrs. Litter still there the following morning. I won't be staying at the Hilton again.

The room was large and had plenty of space to move about. Whilst the building felt a little tired in places, overall the hotel was pleasant to stay in and other than a noisy car (probably another guest) leaving fairly early the hotel was quiet. Breakfast had a range of options, including 4 different fruit juices.

Frankly the worst Hilton I think existing. Rooms and furniture straight out of the 60s at best. Doors so tired, tiling with mold here and there, carpet you’d rather walk while wearing socks. Quite literally no sound proofing at all so you will hear anything from outside (hello, hotel deliveries, team exit…) or inside (hello anyone speaking or even walking in the hallway. Leaving the hotel by foot is dangerous - cars drive very fast and there is no pedestrian crossing nearby. If you need to cross the road, it will be at your own risk. Two positive points, the can of water now present in room (a nice change), and the room service which was alright and decently priced. Team nice and pro. Came for a business visit, I would be mortified for this to be a hotel where I spend a holiday…

Front of house and reception area really clean and fresh. Staff really friendly and professional. Rooms however, could do with the same refurbishment as the front of house, dated in style and wallpaper peeling from the wall, but very clean and comfortable beds. Ideal location for Harry Potter Studio Tours, central London 45 minute drive.

We’ve been coming here for years, always after funerals for the wake. It’s an old hotel that has been upgraded periodically over years and under different brands. It’s okay.
