The Days Inn was very dirty. The carpet smelled very bad. The front desk area was very dirty . The room I stayed had stink bugs. The bathroom had black mold. The TV did not work. The microwave did not work. The sheets had stains. I took some photos if you want to see. The hotel photos online are misleading because they look better than the actual hotel. Please call me , I need my full refund and compensation for the trauma.

We ended up staying with a family member after the first night. Outside of the first staff member, they were rude. The hotel didnt look like the pictures, the room was not what it appeared to be either. There was damage to it and the first room we were givrn was not cleane, and still not a the next day when they tried to put another person in it. There was beer and food still in our fridge and stains on the sheets. We will never stay here again.

People who were kicked out of the motel were outside my window. The curtain was not adequate. Moved to another room, no air conditioning/heat. The window was missing right side edge of the window frame and open air was on the right. I informed the hotel manager I was not staying there and the manager said to call Hotel.com and to inform them the room was cancelled. If this is not handled correctly, I will not use Hotel.com ever again. I also have another claim right after this on.

Parking lot was sketchy. There was a guy that appeared to be living in his car and it appeared he was dealing drug or something else nefarious cause he would get into other cars leave then come back till the next car showed up. The toilet squealed ever time you flush . The building had a lingering odor of marijuana. Half a roll of toilet paper in the room. No toiletries.no microwave or coffee maker in the room. The sheet was ill fitting it kept coming off. Three pillows for a king bed .The air conditioner was the only that worked good . You could see screw holes all over the door frame from multiple lock moved and replaced. There wasn't one on at the time of our visit just the deadbolt. Staff was adequate. Not very friendly not rude just there... Overall I would give the hotel 1.5 stars at best .. not worth the money.

Do not recommend.

Got there and they didn’t have our room available because they said they were dirty. Then they give us another room no big deal. Well, it was supposed to be non smoking and the entire hallway and our room smelled like straight weed. So bad it gave you a headache. The room was dirty. There were holes in the walls. The shower leaked everywhere. There was a rubber glove “sealing” the shower head. The window was held in by a small piece of wood. The lobby looks nothing like the pictures they show on here. It was rough. There is no breakfast. The was using the bathroom and a mouse ran across my foot!! Someone was trying to get in our room but I had the dead bolt locked. The staff on duty was okay but they definitely were not worried about helping you at all with the issues. I wouldn’t recommend a stay here especially if you have children. I took video of the room when we got there and when we left so they couldn’t say we did any of the damage and keep my deposit.

Bad experience

Walked into room and there were dirty towels on floor, no clean towels, and the air was off. It took over a hour for the room to cool down. Told lady at desk. Ended up using my beach towel to dry off with. When I went to check out, they kept $5 of my deposit for a dirty wash cloth, that I didn't even use. WOULD NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

Very poor service,out of date, dirty, worn out towels and linens, this hotel is real motel even though listed at Expedia as a hotel with the breakfast served - actually no coffee in the room or lobby area, only if you ask the front desk three times for it!. Won’t come back for sure - stay away

My fiance anad I arrived, were given the room key, went to the room and there was blood on the sheets. The front desk staff were very responsive. We were given another room. The manager checked it prior to issuing the key.

This hotel Pre Authorized my card without my approval. They blamed it on Expedia but when I got Expedia on the phone they back tracked and stated they didn’t know why it was charged on their end. Upon arrival there were random people sitting outside making cat calls at women walking by. Inside while I was talking to the desk clerk a man came in claiming his car had been moved in the parking lot and a man ran out of his room. The attendant said for him to call the cops. I felt very unsafe from the moment I walked up to the hotel. I am still disputing and waiting for my reimbursement from the fraudulent charge.
