This is hotel is one of if not the best in the Staunton area. If you want a touch of American history and the comforts of modern times stay here. From the moment you walk in the first thing you see is the grand piano, as you walk to the front desk you walk by walls and walls of history. The rooms are big and super clean. The best part of the stay was my wife and I just wanted to have a moment away from the family and their lounge is not like any other. You can grab a martini or a cup of hot tea that’s served to you table tea pot and all. The staff is great and they understand family and make everyone feel welcomed. By the way if you stay on the weekends you don’t pay for parking. This is a 5 star in our book and we travel the country and don’t give 5 stars easily.
