O quarto estava com mal cheiro vindo do banheiro ( cheiro de esgoto). A academia, não é bem uma academia, é um cubículo com uma esteira, um Cross, alguns alteres leves e um transpor, somente isso. No café da manhã, por dois dias o bolo de chocolate estava ruim (começando a azedar) e o de limão. Sem falar no absurdo em cobrar estacionamento no valor de R$ 40,00 por dia.

Pontos positivos: Ar-condicionado funcionando bem, bom espaço no quarto, opções no frigobar e chuveiro excelente. Pontos negativos: A cama de casal era composta por duas camas de solteiro unidas, o que trouxe bastante desconforto. Fomos acomodados em um quarto adaptado para cadeirantes sem necessidade, e o vaso sanitário (mais alto e com abertura frontal) foi desconfortável. O banheiro apresentava forte cheiro de esgoto; reclamamos e houve limpeza, porém o odor retornou poucos minutos depois. No café da manhã, havia mais de 10 mesas vazias com pratos sujos sem retirada, além de demora na reposição dos alimentos, aparentemente por equipe insuficiente. O hotel necessita de manutenção geral. Estive hospedado em 2017 e a experiência foi excelente, mas desta vez foi decepcionante. Apenas um elevador estava funcionando. Os corredores e a área da piscina (principalmente os vidros) precisavam de melhor limpeza. A TV do quarto não é smart.
