I recently stayed at this four-star hotel, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room that lacked Wi-Fi, had a broken couch, and appeared to be unclean. The check-in process was also inefficient, with a 45-minute wait in line. Furthermore, I was overcharged compared to the rate I secured through the app. Given the hotel's four-star rating, I had anticipated a higher level of service and amenities. Hopefully, the hotel will address these issues to provide a better experience for future guests.
