The room was absolutely amazing for the price. The bed was so comfortable that I actually overslept and didn't want to leave. I would have loved yo have been able to stay longer and make use of v the gym and the pool. Both looked great. If I am ever in Amarillo again I know where I will be staying. I have told everyone I know that if ygey have to stay in Amarillo, this is the place.

This was only an overnight stay. But, it was way better than I expected, especially with the low cost. Room was clean, roomy and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely be my go to stop to and from Colorado.

It was very clean. Just an old building. Lighting was poor in the rooms and things like the air conditioner and shower bar needed maintenance. (Noisy). But overall the price was excellent and everything seemed clean! The tv kept going off line so we had to get help with that. I’m personally grateful for the affordable price. We just needed a clean place to sleep and get back on the road

I checked in and went to my room and it smelled terrible (smoke and bad odor). Called the front desk and was told they had to come to my room. When the front desk person came to my room she said it was a non-smoking room and it had been cleaned. I told her to smell it—she just insisted it had been cleaned and that no one smoked in the hotel. They wouldn’t change my room even though the hotel was empty. When I went into the stairwell, surprise!! Cigarette butts everywhere—thought it was a non smoking property. The bathroom didn’t have a sink stopper or pea trap on the sink so I also got to enjoy the smell of sewer gas in my room. What a total dump!! When I spoke with the manager upon my checkout, she was extremely apologetic and nice and tried to comp the room but alas I used Hotels.com points which is too much trouble to get back.
