I would not recommend this apartment stay, unfortunately. My initial room was dirty — the shower was unclean, the carpet and curtains were stained, and there was a terrible smell. I was moved from a "Grand" room to Room 19 (“Elite”), but it’s at the front of the building, so traffic and hallway noise made sleep impossible, and the carpet was also stained. Both rooms had incredibly dim lighting, so if you plan to stay in the room from late afternoon onwards (especially in winter), it becomes a very dark environment.
I truly believed this would be a luxury apartment, but the rooms do not match the quality shown in the marketing images and are in need of refurbishment. I stayed only 1 of 3 nights due to sheer disappointment, as I genuinely expected a beautiful apartment and experience. The management only offered a 10% refund, which was completely unfair given how disappointing the experience was.
