Room needed better lighting. When the main light was on, it was too bright and startling. When the light was off, the LED mood lighting was barely enough. Shower was warm, our view was the air shaft. Our guests rooms we either street side or something else. Breakfast was minimal but the staff was attentive.

Nice hotel, didn’t love the location

The hotel was nice. It was hard to find as the entry is on a different street than the address says. The breakfast wasn’t great but they had a nice room, good pillows, good size room. The area is a little sketchy at nighttime. Very close to the train station.

If you need easy access to the train station, and be in a central location, good option. They did a good job with the renovation and everything was surprisingly clean. They had a nice little buffet breakfast. It was only a 5 min walk to the train station. We’d stay again.

The room was so comfortable. I stayed very well. The breakfast was also delicious. The hotel staff are so kind. The room and lobby keep clean. But I can’t change television language. It keeps Korean. Except that, it is great.

Very near Napoli Centrale train station and about 10-minute drive to Naples airport! Lots of surrounding restaurants and groceries. Modern looking hotel, and staff are very accommodating. Buffet breakfast is also good too. Would love to stay here again if going to Naples again.

Gave me a smaller room than the one i booked. I booked a suite with a tub and they told me they don’t even have those rooms??? it seemed like they didn’t even care when i told them the issue. Shower was moldy looking. Overall bad experience. Do not recommend.

I don't like to leave bad reviews, but our hotel room had a really horrible smell to it, coming from the bathroom, that we tried our best to cover up, but kept returning. I know Italy has a really old sewer system, but this was different. It made the entire stay unpleasant, and made sleeping there was difficult. There was exposed wiring in the shower, no shampoo, and the bathroom door did not close properly, requiring you to wedge yourself in there and use the full force of your body to get it to slide open. So we couldn't even shut the door to the smell at night. The neighborhood was very sketchy. Some kind of open air market happened every day right outside, and afterwards guys lingered there on the street into the night. I live in LA. I can handle sketchy streets. But I didn't feel super great walking around after dark, especially if it was obvious that I was a tourist headed to a hotel. It was close to the train station, which was convenient, and there is an area just on the opposite side of Piazza Garibaldi with very pleasant restaurants and shops. But overall, I was extremely disappointed with my stay here. It was one of the least pleasant hotel experiences in my recent travel history.

The hotel is not finished - they still re-build. The rooms themselves were nice but too many things did not work. Breakfast is below standard. Noisy area at night.

Do not trust the pictures

Awful place on the inside and outside. Got a «upgrade» to a three person room, but I was just 1 person. The room had a door leading to nowhere, so I asked for another room. They where reluctant to that as well. Got another room and it was actually even worse. The bed was rock hard, there is sooo much noise both on the inside and outside. After about half an hour in my room I booked an airbnb and left instead. They then became very accomodating and said I could get a better room, but then I was just tired of it. The pictures of the rooms are a scam.
