The breakfast is extremely busy – best to come before 8:00 a.m. if you want a seat and any sense of calm. After that, it feels more like a crowded cafeteria than a hotel restaurant.
The overall atmosphere has a very American vibe — and not in a good way. Loud, beige interiors with smoked glass everywhere, creating a tired and soulless ambience. The staff seem weary and disinterested, doing the bare minimum without much warmth or attentiveness.
It’s a pity, really, because the city itself is vibrant, full of charm and character — everything this hotel is not.
