Could not complain about a single thing, very friendly helpful staff, lovely clean hotel and great facilities, we were here for our anniversary and we booked a Supreme room, much to our surprise we had been upgraded to a suite, a card was also left in our room wishing us a Happy Anniversary with a coupon for 2 free drinks, such a lovely thoughtful gesture, beds were really comfortable and the food was also very good, the breakfast was amazing, we had a three course meal and all 3 courses were lovely, only a slight criticism was that the starter (Smoked Salmon) was very small so probably wouldnt order a starter next time but apart from this everything was perfect and we were very impressed.

Staff - lovely / friendly Check in- quick, staff great Room - clean - a little odd layout (due to age of building) - like sloping ceiling - high window - but fine for a short stay. Breakfast - excellent and constantly being refreshed Great value for money - especially if pre-booked Spa - nice / clean -wasn’t busy when I used. Gym- limited equipment- but had sole use when I visited - so great, but may need to wait for equipment at busy times. Overall - can’t fault for the money

Lovely spa/pool with outdoor patio and cafe for those sunny days. Ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were of really good standard, very attentive staff King size bed (superior room) was wide but not long enough, at 6ft my feet were hanging off the end! But a minor gripe for an overall relaxing stay
