Very new hotel close

This hotel is right at the shopping street. It is also only a short walk to the Harbour, the Kitano foreign settlement area, and the ropeway station up to the Herb garden (all recommended tourist atteactions). The hotel feels very new. Although it only offers room cleaning once every 3 days, you can request for more frequent cleaning or change of linen by placing a sign outside on the door of your room.

Most impressive is the staff named "Mariko" at the Reception. Mariko-san is very efficient, attentive, service-minded, and helpful indeed. I am very impressed with the way Mariko-san assisted me in searching more information about the train schedule (very fast, clear and complete) and this really helped me a lot and made me want to go back to stay at this hotel again and again.

Close to Sannomiya station and surrounded by shops, cafes, restaurants etc. Only criticism would be that whenever you get new towels they give you a whole new set of bathroom amenities which wasn't really necessary and all came in single use plastic. Maybe some type of request form could be used instead of just giving a whole new set everytime
