The reviews looked amazing, so that's why we booked to stay in the first place. The hotel itself is pretty run down; the room we stayed in didn't feel clean (floor wasn't vacuumed, table/desk wasn't wiped down fully-crumbs from previous guests), the toilet seat was broken (shifting to one side or the other/falling off when you tried to sit on it), and we didn't receive room cleaning any day we were there-arrived on a Friday, left Tuesday (trash was never taken out, we asked for a vacuum to do the floors, brought dirty towels back and asked for clean ones, asked for more TP, sheets were never changed/bed never made). Pool area was dirty (actual dirt/mud from shoes around the pool as well as some trash and broken fake nails laying around). A huge safety concern is the locking mechanism for the entrance/exit door of the pool: it's taped over so that anyone can freely open it without their key card. This is scary for anyone with little kids/kids who cannot swim. Good things: the staff was nice when we asked for what we needed. Will 100% never have a return stay.
