The best part of the stay was the included breakfast, although limited options. The box springs in the room were visibly soiled, floor was dirty in the corners of the bathroom, ice machine and soda vending machines out of order, fan for heat was noisy and woke me up at least once, room dark with minimal lighting. Front desk gets busy and wait times are excessive for assistance due to max of two kiosks. It’s ridiculous they charge a “dog fee” for cleaning when clearly nothing is cleaned related to dogs. The dirty box spring looks to be from dogs jumping up with dirty paws/urinating on them/dirty noses. I could keep going. Disappointing experience for the cost as I could have strayed somewhere nicer for the money I spent. Overall could be cleaner and better maintained, likely will not be staying again.

The lobby is very inviting with the grand fireplace and comfortable furniture. The coffee machine with Starbucks coffee and hot chocolate was also a hit. The staff was friendly and helpful.

First of all they were, Budweiser left in the closet from a Ragerthe night before. The beds were all stained, and the stains were red. The queen bed had stains on it on the seam of the mattress on both the outer cover in the inner cover. The rest of the room wasn’t clean. The halls are nasty. It should’ve been a clue when I pulled up and a car battery was left out in the parking lot. But in the hallways are hydraulic jacks laying around, it’s in horrible shape.

staff was nice, but the room was absolutely terrible. not clean at all. sheets were clean, though a day after staying, have little dots around ankles..... the light was out over the sink, a man's hand print in the bathroom & looked like mold on the celling in bathroom. had a funky smell in hallway. the pictures were not at all how this place looked, i should have read the reviews before staying there.

Overall, this stay was okay, with some positives and a few things that didn’t match the price. The staff was very friendly, and the location is excellent — right next to Settlers Green outlets and close to plenty of restaurants, which made everything really convenient. The room was spacious, and while it was clearly dated, it was reasonably clean. That said, it wasn’t spotless — there were stains on the sheets, which definitely took away from the comfort level. The lobby was actually my favorite part of the hotel. Sitting by the fireplace late at night with a drink was a great atmosphere. The pool area was fun, especially if you have kids, and the free breakfast was about what you’d expect — similar to most standard hotel continental breakfasts. My biggest issue was the price. I paid $175 for two queen beds on a Saturday night in January, and for that rate, I expected better overall condition and cleanliness. There are other hotels in the $75–$125 range with similar amenities that feel like a better value.

Staff and customer service are excellent. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms overall are decent for the price the place charges to stay. This visit from previous ones seems house keeping is not very detailed. Lots of dust and dirt in corners, around toilet/bowl did not looked to be cleaned in some time. Bathroom floor was not mopped and looked to have just a quick tidy up and not a full clean. The shower felt like using a shower at a camp ground.

Beautiful, quaint, comfortable hotel with a mountain charm. Love the lobby with the cozy seats and fireplace. Relaxing hot tub and pool. Big common area upstairs overlooking the parking lot and stores - great for reading, my daughter loved it and wants to come back. Great location, close to Hannafords, restaurants and shops.

The room was just okay the beds were to low to the ground the bathroom floor in front of the sink was all tore up I almost cut my foot wide open. We were not informed about the fact that if you wanted housekeeping to come in and replace dirty towel and wash clothes with clean ones when we checked in and so my husband asked for cleans ones and the guy at the front desk pointed to a sign located on the front desk in very small written that he could barely see and the guy was very rude towards my husband regarding clean linen the staff that is checking guests in should automatically inform guests of that fact....the parking could be better there could be parking on the backside so that people staying in one of the rooms that are located on the back of the building can look out the window and see their cars and the lighting in the rooms were always to dim

the bed was awful, every edge was collapsing was like sleeping on a v. i told them this on check in they said they could give me nothing else since i booked the double room, and they had no more of those avail. we were next to a group of dudes who were cooking at the front door. they were noisy at times. we stayed on year previous and the room( other side of hotel was beautiful!) thats why we came back. the lobby is nice, the lady who is in charge at night was so so nice. the breakfast was good. the pool looked decent. but both the beds were shot. also my bed had a plastic cover over matress like a piece of vinyl i know it had horrendous stains under it, i couldnt bring myself to look or photo it. i should have,but these places have you over the coals. i am sure they would have moved us for our second night. but we had whole car unloaded for a ski trip. we will know better next year. i told the lady at front desk that this would all be known on my review. and i was nice about it. they just didnt care . - like you paid this great price so thats what you get.

First, I would like to say that the woman at the front desk was very kind & did her best to accommodate us. However, I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and overall upkeep of the rooms.Upon initially entering the first room we were assigned, we did not even step inside because the floor was extremely dirty. I immediately returned to the front to report the issue. The staff member apologized & explained that they were short-staffed & under new ownership, then reassigned us to the room next door. She kindly walked with me to ensure the television was working. At a quick glance, the floor appeared acceptable, and we left to attend our reservations.When we returned later & used the bathroom, I noticed the toilet was dirty with visible hair on it, & the roll of toilet paper was nearly empty, indicating it had not been replaced after the previous guest. When I opened the fridge, it was also in very poor condition, with sticky residue throughout. I had to clean it myself before storing our belongings.Additionally, all of the pillowcases had black stains on them. Fortunately, I bring my own bedding. We also experienced repeated issues with the room key cards not working. Each time we returned to the room, the keys failed & had to be reactivated at the front desk. This happened at least twice.This experience was especially disappointing because we have stayed at Green Granite for the past 10 years & have never encountered issues like this before.
