Probably my best stay in a hotel in the Smokies! The customer service was outstanding, the room was clean and cozy with the roaring creek off the balcony with 2 nice rocking chairs. The property is well maintained. The REAL breakfast at the Heirloom House was included each day and a real sit down, order from the menu, upscaled restaurant. They serve dinner and drinks as well. Excellent customer service there too. If you need anything like ice or water or towels, it's only a text message away and is promptly provided. It's only a short walk to downtown Gatlinburg. The hotel is quiet with no children allowed. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Balcony view. The room was clean, fresh and not cluttered. The decor was quiet, simple and tasteful. It had zen like quality that made it very restful. The only thing I would add is a small microwave as we like to heat our milk for coffee but that’s a small thing. We loved that we were off the beaten path a little. There is nothing wrong with the room. But you should review where the hotel is compared to downtown. It is a little bit away from everything, but that was a plus for a peaceful evening. Dinner ate the Heirloom Room was AMAZING! I loved that we had our own parking spot. The rooms were fairly quiet you didn't hear a lot of road noises so that was a plus. I would stay here again.
