My stay at Hyatt House Sandton was extremely disappointing. My initial requests before arrival were ignored, and I ended up being moved between three different rooms due to broken air conditioning, a nonfunctional TV, missing amenities, and even an oven that exploded. Housekeeping never delivered basic items like washcloths without repeated requests, and service was slow, unresponsive, and at times unfriendly. The final room still had broken fixtures, no working phone, and constant noise from the pool and restaurant area. While one front desk agent tried his best, overall the experience was unacceptable for a Hyatt property, and I will not return.
