Very nice little rooms for the price! I found my regular motel for when I'm in Newport! It's very conveniently located directly across the street from my class which helps. They have your typical full selection of cable TV channels, good Internet, I have no complaints about the cleanliness, and the staff is super friendly. Late check-ins are doable, you just have to call their front desk and they come right out. Overall very pleased, Will be back!

Great as usual! I booked an extra night, and couldn't add it onto my ongoing stay and had to book a separate stay, but the manager noticed what was going on and I didn't have to pack up to check out and back in later that day, and kept me in the same room. Very good experience if you aren't looking for luxury, but rather just a nice comfortable room with your necessities.

Great location, good sleep

Pet friendly, near all sorts of shops, shopping and the beach. Excellent location. Very clean room, good accommodations, comfortable beds. Fridge and micro in rooms. Our micro went out and they immediately replaced it with a brand new one. There is baseboard heating but no need for it. Nice big window to let in the amazing ocean breeze. The building/rooms are old but everything works and is well kept. Would definitely stay again.

Clean Affordable Safe - Just what we needed

We needed a safe comfortable and affordable place to stay as we had to return my child to job corps in nearby Yachats. This motel was the perfect fit for us. The hotel staff was friendly and patient as were ran very late for check in. It was quiet and safe area and we slept very well!

Sparsely furnished and has simple basics for an overnight stay where you don't expect to lounge around in the room for a day. Clean and relatively inexpensive which is what we were looking for. Quiet and plenty of parking.
