They do NOT have futon beds. The site says they had two double beds and two large futon beds, but they only had the double beds and small mats you lay on the floor. When I asked front desk about it, they said hotel.com is the issue and we should consult them. This was never resolved by either parties.

Great location and great value

The hotel seems new or, at the very least, newly remodeled. There is an outdoor pool which is free to use and very kid friendly. A sauna is in the basement, for a small fee, it is small but clean. They allow you to hang out on the rooftop, which is fantastic; it makes for wonderful nighttime views of the skyline. I would definitely stay again if I returned to Sokcho.

한국인이시면 한국어로 된 웹사이트들로 최저가 잡는 것 추천. The facility was alright. There is a convenience store right in front of the hotel. We didn’t try the breakfast. The pool at night was full with all the families—super cute, but no thanks XD. So I skipped the pool and jacuzzi.

I was extremely disappointed with this property. This has been the first disappointing experience in my 2 month’s long trip in Korea. When I arrived to check in, the staff was very disorganized and they didn’t even know I was coming. They kept asking for my reservation number. I book accommodations on Expedia monthly in various countries and this was the first time the staff didn’t expect me or send a greeting before. I had to find the reservation number for them to find me in the system. Showing my passport was not enough. Then, they placed me exactly by the elevator. I stayed for 3 nights and probably slept a total of 7-8 hours during my stay because of how noisy this hotel was. So many families with kids screaming on the hallway and constant traffic due to being right ij from of the elevator. I would never stay at this property in the future and I absolutely do not recommend this property to travelers without children who want to rest. I have 2 kids of my own so the only way I might consider coming back here in the future is for a family trip. But for solo traveling or couples traveling, this is a no-no! You will get no rest! Very, very noisy hotel and outdated…

속초 1년에 2-3번은 가는데 체스터톤즈만 다녔고 여기 3년전부터 다녔어요 여전히 객실은 깔끔하고 좋지만 투숙객 서비스는 갈수록 별로가 됩니다. 청소도 매일 -> 연박 기준으로 바뀌더니 (이건 뭐 그러려니 이해합니다) 이제 연박을 해도 수건을 기본 4장에서 2장으로 줄여서 주시고 3박 이상이어야 4장을 줍니다. 줄이다 줄이다 이제 수건 장수까지 줄이는 호텔은 체스터톤즈가 처음이라 많이 당황스럽네요. 그리고 샤워 줄에 까만 곰팡이 ? 까만 때도 많이 껴있어서 씻을 때 몸에 줄 닿을까봐 너무 불편해요. 물론 장점도 많은 호텔입니다만 언젠가부터 회원권 분양하신 분들들 위해 그런건지 갈수록 너무 아낀다는 느낌이 들어 아쉬워지는 부분도 많습니다..

속초 여행시 위치 좋고 침구나 객실 상태도 깨끗한 편입니다. 그런데 콘도나 펜션이 아닌 호텔에서 수건, 롤휴지를 1회 이후 유상으로 교체해야하고 비치된 인덕션이나 세탁기는 쓰지도 못하는데 청소, 분리 수거를 고객이 직접 하는 시스템은 이해되지 않네요. 심지어 분리수거나 음식물쓰레기 버리는 곳 관리도 제대로 안 되어 쓰레기가 쌓여 있기도 합니다.

청초호와 바다가 보이는 뷰가 최고였어요! 특히 화장실에서 뷰보며 목욕하면.. 이게 여행이지 싶었죠! 체크인때 엘레베이터가 부족해서 오래 기다린게 흠이었지만 고장난 문 고침이나 부족한 타월 요청에도 바로바로 도와주셔서 너무 고맙고 만족스러웠어요~ 청소도 깨끗해서 정말 잘 쉬고 돌아왔습니다! 재방문 100%에요
