10 minute walk from the train station, 5 minute walk to cafés and all the little alleys that make the city lovely. Very nice staff. Good A/C. Skip the hotel breakfast and walk two minutes north to any one of several outdoor cafés.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Able to drop luggage off before check in time and leave for a few hrs after check out. Good room size. Shower cubicle doors flimsy but did the job. Shower ok. Central location in historic Avignon (good) but the Rue de la Republique is busy, dirty, and incredibly noisy, especially during the festival and the room facing the street was very noisy all night. Overall fine stay in this beautiful city.
