Lake front. Pack a hair dryer

The bed linens were full of stains from someone else’s bodily fluids. The floors and walls needed maintenance. The room smelled terrible like roach spray. When I left all of my clothes, smelled like the room.

Clear Lake trip

The place was great. The pool was cool love it. They have a long pier so you can join Sunset the only inconvenience was mosquitoes overnight, and the room smelled too much to Fabuloso cleaner.

The owners of the property are the sweetest people in the world.This was my second time of staying there. I was looking for a place for my mother and I wouldn't have chosen any other place for her at this place. They make you feel like family and said if she needed anything.Since you would be there alone, just to let them know.They are awesome and the place is wonderful

The room was very nice and clean. However, the lack of bedside lamps was a huge disappointment! Having only the very bright overhead lights is awful. And secondly, the blanket on the bed was almost as thin as the sheet- I had to spread my fuzzy jacket over my legs and feet. These are cheap, easy fixes.

I was impressed with the check-in process. Came early & was able to get our room early. I believe that this property is being used by the government to houses the low income & homeless. Our neighbor was fighting several times while made us uncomfortable. This place did have a nice fishing pier.

The room was very terrible, the floor was dirty, the chairs were terribly dirty, the bathroom had hair on the window mold, the refrigerator was dirty and the hair inside, I hadn't been to a more terrible hotel before.

The owner of the hotel checked me in and she was absolutely wonderful. I asked that I could have one of the quietest rooms. Because I was a light sleeper. And she tried to accommodate me the best she could. The room was clean and neat and it was quiet. Nice day and I would definitely return thank you

Nice location, large dock over the lake which we used in the day and at night; plenty of room for parking. Clean rooms, had everything we needed: Soap, coffee maker microwave, fridge, hair dryer, several TV channels to choose from. Two garbage bins - which is a big deal for me! The only thing stopping me from giving it 5 stars was the situation for ice. The room with the ice machine must have been 90 degrees and despite pushing the button for 5 solid minutes, could barely fill the bottom of the ice bucket. We only stayed a short time and were busy with visiting and activities.....did not have a chance to report this to hotel staff. Would definitely recommend this for short stays.

Not again for that price

Old coffee filter in coffee pot all dried up! Toilet paper had been wet and stained yellow and no blanket on bed just sheet and bedspread! Shower didn’t get hot and it didn’t drain good

For the price I am very pleased with what this location offered. I think it was a little under $100 per night. I wanted a lake view and you can definitely see the lake as you pull up to the property. There is a pier you can access as well if you want to look at the scenery and the lake. The staff was helpful although I only spoke to them when checking in and checking out. My biggest gripe is how dirty the place was. We had three flies in our room the moment we walked in. There's a picnic area and it's also where people let their dogs out to pee/poop. The poop hadn't been picked up in so long that it was growing fungus... If that doesn't bother you too much and you need to save some money, this isn't a bad place.

They did not honor the expedient price they charged me $20 more and more Expedia charged me or said it would be to be $243 and then they charged me $246 and the room had a leak and didn't give me a discount just wasn't that clean problems of the television and for that for only three not two nights then now they charge it's crazy if somebody's hotels charged so much and the hotel rooms are filthy and service is awful I should have a lower rating but this is my opinion most of hotels are here

Casual In Clearlake

Traveling for family sitch. Place was half the price of next door. Clean and comfy bed, large room. Gentleman at the desk could not have been nicer. He called me when I left my rental car keys on the ground and they collected them for me. Shower inoperable but bath was wonderful. TV remote was super old and wonky to me and there was a godawful buzz from the minifridge. All in all, met my needs which were to be clean and safe. It’s no Taj but the price is right and again, it’s clean and safe. I did not mention to staff that my shower didn’t work because I’m confident they would have moved me and I didn’t have the energy. This trip was not for pleasure unfortunately, but the staff here was as kind and courteous and helpful as the fanciest five star million dollar outfit. BEAUTIFUL location.
