Very comfortable stay with plenty of parking costing £18 for 24 hours. Free tube to Heathrow. The room was good and the addition of a fridge was really useful. Make sure you take all the snacks and drinks you want with you though as the small shop in reception is extortionate!

Another great start to the family holiday. Check in was smooth and trouble free, the room was clean but a little on the cool side which was quickly fix by adjusting the aircon. The staff are always helpful and smiley especially in the bar where we had some very decent reds! The location suits us perfectly for Heathrow too, whats not to like.

I loved the location of the hotel. I thought the bathroom design was superior, giving you places to rest items and clothes. I liked having coffee in the room. The only negative is as much as staff tried hard to be helpful, they were very busy doing all types of jobs.
