The room was not clean. I paid for a efficient room. There was food left in the microwave (a bowl with a fork and some type of food), no tissue paper on the roll, no paper towels, no dish detergent in the kitchen, old dirty sponges in the kitchen the room was not sanitize. The shower floor had mold in the cracks of the tile and around the base of the shower. Because they could not give me another room, I have to purchase shower shoes to take a shower. I was not conversate for the unsatisfied room. I have to pay the full price. I had taken some pictures of the shower floor and the dirty sponges. I would never stay at another Comfort Inn establishment or recommend.

It was just OK. The beds will a little too firm for me. The entrance to the site was a little odd, you ended up in the neighboring Popeye's if you were not careful. Breakfast did not look that palatable, so we went to the local diner. For a couple of nights, it was fine.

Quiet, clean and comfortable. Grest staff.

Customer service was great. Clean rooms with comfortable beds and perfect water temperature for shower. Everything one would need in the room ie microwave, refrigerator and toiletry. Happy with our choice.

Comfortable, peaceful stay

The stay was comfortable, clean and guiet even though it was a packed house. We stayed on the first floor and was comfortable. We didnt have breakfast because we slept until 10.

My check-in was fine with a very caring employee. She gave me a choice of handicap accessible room. I chose the closer room as I walk with a cane. She even explained the easier way for me to get to my room. Upon entering my room, it appeared clean, but I noticed the floor to be a bit slippery. I was standing still but my feet & cane were sliding apart.I noticed there was a dehumidifier with a red blinking light. My husband emptied the water. The unit immediately began to run at top speed. We thought maybe the issue with my feet was excess moister in the room, thinking it would be better with the dehumidifier working.The bathroom appeared clean at first glance, but the shower? The grout on the tile floor appeared to be black grout, but when stepped on, found it also black with slimmy mold. We had to use a wash cloth to wipe it down so as to not slip. The drain was not handle adequate for water flow. the bathroom floor became wet from the shower out to the toilet with a quick shower. Next morning, the dehumidifier was full again, and had to empty it again. 2nd evening, after arriving back to the room, the same slipping. There was nothing on my shoes to cause this. At checkout another desk clerk ran out screaming at us to turn in our keys as my husband loaded the car. I was on my way to the desk at the time. I meantioned to him about the floor and shower,being a saftey hazzard. He said, "Nothing they could do for me!" Next year, I will book elsewhere.
