Schon beim Betreten des Zimmers kam uns ein extrem unangenehmer Geruch entgegen. Es stinkt einfach, und das hat den ganzen Aufenthalt überschattet. Die Zimmer sind sehr alt, mit Teppichboden und stark in die Jahre gekommenen Badezimmern. Zwar war es sauber, aber der Zustand entspricht in keiner Weise einem 4-Sterne-Hotel. Die Betten waren unbequem und durch die extrem hellhörigen Wände haben wir jede Nacht den schnarchenden Zimmernachbarn gehört – an erholsamen Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr alt und offensichtlich eher für ein älteres Publikum (60+) ausgelegt. Wir waren froh, dass wir nur zwei Nächte dort waren, denn schon nach der ersten Nacht hätten wir am liebsten ausgecheckt. Positiv zu erwähnen ist einzig der Strand, der wirklich schön war. Alles andere war leider enttäuschend. Wir können die vielen guten Bewertungen dieses Hotels absolut nicht nachvollziehen – es ist uns ein Rätsel.

The hotel is located in a great area, with its own beach surrounded by beautiful and picturesque views. Right in front of the hotel there is a restaurant-café, which is very convenient if meals are not included. The hotel itself has a charming atmosphere, giving off an “old village” vibe. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Within walking distance, you’ll find a plaza with restaurants, shops, and another beach. The hotel also offers a selection of excursions and transfer services upon request.

This hotel is unique because of its location – it has its own picturesque beach and direct access to the sea. Within walking distance from the hotel, there is a café-restaurant, as well as a shopping plaza and other restaurants. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

The location is pretty good. The hotel needs updating, our rooms were like a pink little girls room, very hard beds and flat pillows. Breakfast was okay ( but most free breakfasts are okay anyway) The staff was pretty nice and always helpful with helping with transportation. Shower pressure was the strongest ever. Alsmost too strong. Overall it was fine for the price vs other price points in sardinia.

The conditions of the rooms were terrible, especially the bathrooms, which are at youth hostel level at best. The entire building is outdated and needs a complete renovation. The gym is very old with only 1 mat, old carpeting and a few outdated machines. There is nothing that makes this place a 4 star hotel. Nothing is complimentary, not even a clean beach towel. The location and the view are beautiful and the only redeeming qualities of the hotel.

Traditional hotel, not perfect but would return.

Hotel is in a great location and we got a lovely welcome at check in with an upgrade to a sea view which we were very grateful for. We haven’t needed to have many encounters with staff but when we have they have been excellent. Positives - location, range of pool areas and terraces to sunbathe as well as the beach area which is small but with lots of chairs and umbrellas. Terrace area outside of our room was lovely to sit in, very private. Breakfast area was never too busy and there was a good range of food including a gluten free area. Great restaurant across the road from the hotel, lots of others in the main area of baia Sardinia, all within walking distance. There is a supermarket less than a five minute drive away. No loud music at the pool or any activities which could be a negative for some. Beds were very comfortable. Pool towels provided but if you want to change them there is a €2 charge. Parking at the hotel. Negatives - most of the sun beds were ‘reserved’ before 8am which then weren’t used for hours, the hotel really must look at this. The beach bar didn’t have a great range of food for lunch, we only used it on 1 occasion and we weren’t overly impressed. The WiFi was dreadful. None of our phones could ever connect to it meaning that we had to purchase data bundles to keep in touch with home which was a necessity for us. I am vegetarian and thought breakfast was a decent quality but my husband and son didn’t rate the hot food that highly.

We were a group of 18 people. We all had a great time here!!! The multiple pools was awesome. The private beach was good to have on site. Walking into town was easy and very close. great location. the breakfast spread was outstanding. The food overall was great. Staff and service was also outstanding. We would definitely come back to stay.

We enjoyed 2 nights here. The front desk staff was fantastic. We liked the private resort which had amazing grounds including pools, and the beach/rocks. The pool/beach chair scenario is very undesireable. They ask you not "save" chairs but everyones gets up at the crack of dawn and goes down to throw their stuff on chairs and then proceed to leave for hours. We just went to the beach and put our towels in the sand, or on a portable chair if available when we were ready to get in the sun. We ate at the restaurant across the street and had a blast. You can also walk up the hill and down the street to get to main Baja area of shops and restaurants. All very close!
