The room was clean but the ceilings could use some attention. Kitchen area was great, it had everything we needed. I loved that there was a full refrigerator. Staff was nice and check in went well. We did find out later that we should have been given wrist bands that got us discounts at places as well as worked as a key card. It was very cold while we were there and the balcony had ice on it, they should be better about making sure they are safe. The thermostat in the bedroom seemed to control the heat/cooling unit in the living room and vice-versa. We were sad they said that location would be closing by the end of the year.

From the moment I walked into the lobby the staff greeted me. His name was Ken and he was amazing. Checked me in very quickly. Explained to me the reason for the fee Once that was done, I went up to the room on the 21st floor overlooking the ocean. It was magnificent, clean, spacious, fresh sheets, fresh towels, fully stocked kitchen that had a dishwasher!!! Now how cool is that? The balcony was also large that had two chairs and a table even though the weather was cold, I had to sit out in the balcony, lovely, lovely stay and I recommended to anyone going to Atlantic City the Wyndham Skytower

I just enjoy staying here. It’s very spacey despite elevators being slow. The $25 parking fee is a bit much but I can easily access casinos and boardwalk. They have alotof activities to be participate in, free laundry and more.

We absolutely love staying here. You can get an extremely expensive room for a great price in the off-season. It is like having our own apartment right next to several casinos! And it is so much better than staying at a casino. The rooms are brand new, full of amenities, and super clean with very friendly security and front desk staff. No tv guide so I had to keep flipping through channels, the guide & menu button on the remote didn’t work. Asked for a jetted tub & was sent to a room with no jetted tub. Wasn’t a warm welcome. Couch/pull out couch was UNCOMFORTABLE/HARD. No information giving to us knowing that it was our first time. Had to keep calling the front desk to ask where everything was in the hotel. Also paid for a balcony & wasn’t put in the a room with a balcony until we had to tell them our room had no balcony.
