Mixed feelings, some good moments but even less good moments. Among the good stuff: the hotel was clean, the personnel was polite and friendly, the hotel has several facilities and amenities, the location is central close to several points of interest. However, some important general information didn't match reality. - "Parking available" doesn't mean that the hotel offers parking. It means there is parking nearby that costs 200 SEK extra per day. - The isolation against noise was not as good as I could hear people walking and jumping on the floor above and neighbor room. There was also a disturbing drilling that stopped after I complained. - I booked a luxury room high up with view over the city, but I got one on the 8th floor with 50% city view and rest was a boring wall. - The room was a bit cold and there was no slippers available. No extra blankets. The termostater wouldn't increase the temperature. I had to use warm clothes indoors. - I was not informed during booking that the first night there would not be electricity, no water and elevators not working between 00:00-05:00. Not that good when living on the 8th floor.

Negativt: - Riktigt ofrÀscht rum. Det fanns heltÀckningsmatta som var vÀldigt flÀckig, ingen ville gÄ barfota. Sittpuffar och fÄtölj i rummet var ocksÄ flÀckiga. - Vi skulle ha bÀddsoffa för en vuxen person, det visade sig vara en liten (70-80cm) madrass separat frÄn soffan. Det fanns dessutom ingen bÀddning eller kuddar till den som skulle sova i bÀddsoffan. Positivt: - VÀldigt hjÀlpsam och trevlig personal, bÄde gentemot oss gÀster och varandra. - Bra frukost.

Allt var bra, utom temperaturen pÄ rummet, som heller inte gick att justera pÄ varje rum. 25-26⁰ var för mycket, kanske pga att handdukstorken som gick för max, utan möjlighet att vrida ner tempen, satt fast. Kompensation fick vi utan problem, sÄ bra skött!
