Otroligt snÀll kvinna i receptionen som faktiskt talade en hel del enegelska. Snabb och tydlig. Helt okej rum, rent och fint. Allt funkade som det skulle. Sedan pÄ morgonen mindes hon oss med namn och rumsnummer och hade dukat upp ett bord till oss. Helt ok frukost. Hade en bra upplevelse hÀr.

Un hÎtel moyen, une chambre prope mais insonorisée, ou ont entends son voisin toussé, mais surtout le trafic routier, j'ai été réveillé à 4 H20. :( ,de plus en vérifiant mon identité, il conserve mon numéro de permis, je n'apprécie pas sachant le trafic sur le web.. De plus une poubelle sur le couloir extérieur mis a la disposition qui déborde ! Un personnel qui fait son boulot sans plus .

HĂŽtel correct mĂȘme si l isolation n est pas suffisante. En revanche pour le service c est compliquĂ©. On ne prend pas son petit dĂ©jeuner ou on veut et on est priĂ© d aller lĂ  oĂč on vous a prĂ©installĂ©. C'est trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able. Enfin quand on va chercher la note il n' est pas possible de l avoir au bon nom.... vraiment peu agrĂ©able.

À FUIR 4 cafards des l’arrivĂ©e dans la chambre. Quand on demande de changer de chambre on se fait prendre de haut et quand on demande poliment ce qu’il est possible de faire pour un remboursement du au fait que l’on ai pas dormi de la nuit on se fait traiter de « bouffon » et la dame de l’accueil menace en disant « tu vas faire quoi » Ă  la limite d’en venir aux mains. Enfin bref un scandale pour un Ă©tablissement qui devrait fermer.

Des notre arrivée nous sommes prévenu qu il manque du personnel pour faire le ménage, du coup pas de passage durant notre séjour Pareil pour le service des serviettes Un jeu pour le séjour, Vous en voulez alors venez a l accueil pour le changement Nous sommes rentrés le soir la télécommande de la télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Signaler le lendemain matin a la réception ( réponse j envois un technicien qui n est jamais passé n été fait

J'Ă©tais au RDC chambre numĂ©ro 010 . Je n'ai pas eu d'eau chaude mais vraiment aucune goute d'eau chaude n'y le soir n'y le matin. C'est Ă©nervant gavant de devoir payĂ© pour au final ne pas avoir le confort d'une douche avec eau chaude. Je suis pas du genre Ă  aller Ă  l'accueil leur dire qu'il manque ceci ou cela car dans un hĂŽtel c'est Ă©vident qu'il faut de l'eau chaude dans une douche voyons. Mise Ă  part ce gros soucis de douche le reste Ă©tait impeccable mĂȘme si l'hĂŽtel est Ă  proximitĂ© de la route , l'hĂŽtel reste cependant trĂšs silencieux. Le personnel est poli. Cependant l'eau chaude je n'arrive vraiment pas Ă  le digĂ©rer 😭

Lorsque nous sommes arrivĂ©s vers 16h le jeudi 05/09/24, aprĂšs 600km de route, nous avons eu la surprise de trouver l'hĂŽtel fermĂ© alors que la chambre devait ĂȘtre disponible Ă  partir de 15h. Impossible de joindre quelqu'un de l'hĂŽtel : mobile sans rĂ©ponse et HĂŽtel.com !!!! AprĂšs presque 2h d'attente dans la voiture, nous avons pu rĂ©cupĂ©rer la clĂ© de la chambre et lĂ  nous avons eu la dĂ©sagrĂ©able surprise de trouver une chambre trĂšs rudimentaire et une salle de bain trĂšs sale. Nous avons dĂč nettoyer nous-mĂȘmes la salle de bain avec des produits fournis par l'accueil !!! Cet hĂŽtel ne mĂ©rite vraiment pas ses 3 Ă©toiles, une Ă©toile me semble plus prĂšs des prestations fournies. La fermeture Ă©tait causĂ©e par la dĂ©cision de la gĂ©rante suite Ă  un problĂšme d'effectifs !!!! Cette derniĂšre nous a expliquĂ© qu'elle n'avait pas pu nous prĂ©venir car HĂŽtel.com ne lui fournit pas nos coordonnĂ©es. Je trouve cela inadmissible et je trouverai normal d'obtenir un geste commercial fort de la part d'HĂŽtel.com pour tous ces dĂ©sagrĂ©ments. Je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hĂŽtel.
