Improvement needed

The place is magnificent! The quality of the food is variable, some days it's good, some days it's average! Beware: breakfast service is very slow! Like the food, the service is variable! Some staff are friendly, others much less so! Reception is almost never occupied, and the staff are not helpful or customer-oriented! For an all-inclusive, some days there was water, some days not! This exasperated me, I went to the mall to buy water packs (which were also in action), I offered them so they could distribute some to the guests! The wifi is very bad and regularly out of order! The fitness room is very small, poorly maintained and not very clean! No one on arrival to welcome and on departure, someone was but didn't ask me how my stay went and didn't thank me! Really inadequate! Cassey was a good collaborator! Too bad, there's everything to do well, but there really is room for improvement!

If your looking for a private, romatic, and quiet resort. CocoBay is the place to go. It was peaceful . There are 2 infinity pools on each side if the resort, and there were times we had the whole infinity pool on one side to ourselves. It was beautiful looking out at the ocean while floating on raffs sunbathing 😊 The staff was amazing. We were celebrating my 53 birthday and 37th Anniversary. The staff made our stay so special. We came back to our bungalow one evening after dinner, and our room was decorated with candlelight and flowers and a bottle of champagne. It was so sweet and thoughtful. Also, the day of my birthday/anniversary, the resort treated us to a cliff side lunch that was made by the chef and the food was amazing. I wish the meal was on the lunch/dinner menu’s. The only complaint I would have is the food choices. There wasn’t alot to choose from . And you had breakfast daily at 7:30am-10am, lunch was 12:30pm-2pm, and dinner was 6:30pm-8:30pm. You had to pick times for lunch and dinner. They did have afternoon snacks like bar bites and panini’s and pizza. There just wasn’t really all you can eat . There is also a smoothie bar that opens at 10:30am and serves muffins and cookies. We had a beautiful time . We really enjoyed ourselves

We had a great time at this resort! Food was amazing - not your usual mass prepared meals you find at some all-inclusives; staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Only negative aspect was that I missplaced my designer sunglasses and unfortunately they were never found.

The staff are amazing. They do whatever they can to accommodate you. Food delicious. Dont expext to gorge yourself. The portions are perfect. The cottages are wonderful. Everything you need. It would have been nice if they stocked the mini fridge but no biggie. I got bottles of wine to go. Perfect 10 year anniversary!

Excellent food and service. Grounds are beautiful. Beach is good, with Ffryes beach just a short walk and it was nicer. Jet skis and vendors on the beach but they aren’t too pushy. Felt very safe. Cottage is really cute and the air conditioning can’t keep up, but very comfortable and cute. We had a great time.

If you are wanting to honestly reset, recharge and reconnect, I HIGHLY suggest you book here. My husband and I are both Real Estate Agents so we ALWAYS are in our phones, but at CoCoBay, we were seriously able to put the phones away and just enjoy the surroundings. I give them a 10 out of 10! The resort is breathtaking. The food! Do not let it fool you! I was looking for a FULL plate, but the smaller portions are rich and very filling in flavor! Book NOW! Don’t look for somewhere else, this is the ONE!

Excellent food and the deluxe pool cottage gave us stunning views to wake up to each day. We ventured over to Big Fryes beach every day for more views and had fish swimming around our feet. Perfect honeymoon spot.

The staff was absolutely amazing! So friendly, helpful and welcoming. The bungalow felt very private and safe. Only dowfall on the bungalow was the Mango trees dropping mangos on the tin roof in the middle of the night! Food was decent. Nothing that blew your socks off but good and a variety for everyones taste. They made sure to always keep you fed and hydrated. We went for our honeymoon and it was very relaxing and exactly what we were looking for. The hotel is not near much more than a couple beaches so you will have to take a taxi everywhere but the staff is very helpful with that. Book your excursions as soon as you get there or you will miss out. Cant wait to visit again!

This was our second time at Cocobay. Gorgeous views, 2 options for pools, amazing food + options to upgrade, walkable beach with such calm beautiful water. This was our babymoon this trip so we largely stayed at the resort and still felt like the time went by so fast (we were there for a week). After talking with a consultant at the hotel and asking them what they felt was a pregnancy safe excursion (2nd Trimester), they helped us choose an option that we had the best time at. Highly recommend. Just a gorgeous location, amazing and helpful staff, they keep the grounds manicured so well + spray for bugs/mosquitos etc. We always felt safe + it was just the perfect vacation!

Such an amazing place. We had the most amazing time and had 0 complaints. The resort is beautiful, clean, and safe. The staff was extremely friendly and fun to be around. The food was delicious each night. The views are breathtaking anywhere you go on the island. Overall an amazing trip and amazing resort.
