Checking in we had the manager on Duty Jared and he was phenomenal. We booked 3 rooms and he was able to get us all on the same floor. The rooms we had were clean and very spacious. This was perfect for us.
NOW…..We had about 20-30 young adults in the rooms across from us and they were VERY VERY loud, and at 4am I called the front desk to report them with no answer. I called again at 430am with no answer. We were traveling with 2 very young children and they woke up several times. I finally went to the hallway to ask them to keep it down. They did not, and were loud, screaming, slamming doors until about 6am. This was very disturbing to the 3 rooms we paid for to have a nice relaxing night with family for my parents 45th wedding anniversary. We all got very little sleep and I hated to couldn’t get help from staff. I don’t normally complain but this was crazy. For the money we paid, I hated we couldn’t get help. I did talk to Jared in the morning and he was so sorry for what happened but I thought I needed to post it. Breakfast was subpar but not the worst i’ve ever had. Outside of the loud kids, this hotel was amazing and we walked to dinner at Brew Link (also recommend)
