i am planning on emailing the hotel directly. Our room smelled like mold, i am allergic, and sensitive currently as i have recently completed a course of radiation. i felt symptoms coming on after only being in the room for 10 minutes, opened up our windows, and went to the office to ask if anyone else had complained about a moldy smell. The other cosmetic issues in our room, including the hard bed, and the lumpy pillows, could be overlooked, but not the mold. i also got a bloody nose early this morning. i will be asking for a full refund, and hope you will seek some professional to do some testing.
