Room was clean enough, good not get a comfortable temperature, we were frozen. Took forever to get into our room. Past the normal check in time. Booked a ADA room. Was not ADA, very tight for wheelchair. Could not use toilet, had to go to an accessible bathroom in airport. Considering all that and we only had use of room for 6 hours. It was very expensive

Don’t second guess this property. The staff was EXCELLENT. Alex gave me a history lesson while I waited. I arrived early they informed me as soon as a room became available. The room was small but perfect for what I needed…a clean bed. The breakfast was delicious. The convenience of walking from the airport to the hotel was perfect, less than a five minute walk.

Thank you!! We had an early flight leaving SJU, so we only stayed one night. Staff is very friendly, room was very clean , just the essentials, the food at the restaurant was delicious, and the server was great! I’ll definitely book another stay!

Conveniently attached to the airport, staff were friendly & helpful. Eduardo in the restaurant lounge was engaging & helpful with making our drink & food decisions. Room was comfortable, but needed more blankets due to the power of the ac.

I booked this hotel for my 80 y/o mom who was returning from a cruise and needed to stay near the airport for a very early flight in the morning. She arrived early in the day because she got a ride directly from the airport but didn't have anybody nearby to hang out with until check in was ready. She'd checked at the desk when she arrived and was told no rooms were available. She sat playing on her phone most of the morning, but was noticed by a staff member who went and asked around 11 am for someone to find a room for her. They got her checked in by noon. I booked it specifically at the airport so she wouldn't have to find a ride in the morning. Well, someone met her at 4 am with a wheelchair and walked her all the way to check in and brought all her luggage and helped her get it checked in as well and stayed until she had a wheelchair person from the airport to take her to her gate. She is mobile and can walk, but she gets tired and will often just stop and sit down before continuing on so it was super nice of them to make it so easy for her to start her journey home! She said it was not fancy and basic, but clean and staff was extremely hospitable. I would certainly book this hotel for myself if I needed a place near the airport.

If you are flying out of Puerto Rico (or flying in late) this hotel is one to consider. It is located AT the airport and was incredibly convenient. It was a 6 minute walk from our hotel room to the check in counter of our airline. Great staff, they were able to hold our luggage until we were able to check in to our room. There is an on-site restaurant with some delicious offerings. The room itself was clean and had TWO luggage racks (so handy for repacking our suitcases)! The bathroom mirror has a heat feature which prevents fogging up AND a built in light as well. Nice sized TV as well. We were very pleased with this hotel!

The hotel was very convenient since it is attached to the airport. They did have baggage drop which was helpful so we didn’t have to drag our luggage around with us while we’re were waiting for our hotel room. Check in time was 4:00. At 4:30 we were still waiting for a room to be cleaned for us. The area around the hotel was the old airport. It’s a little run down. Once you get in to the hotel area, it’s not bad. They made an effort to make the hotel area really nice. There is an outdoor sitting area that was very nice, but the hot tubs didnt work and look like the havnt for a while. The room itself was good. The finishes were nice the shower had hardly any water pressure. The bedding was very clean and nice. Smelled freshly washed. The bed itself was very very firm. The restaurant and bar in the hotel are very good. A little expensive but good food. If uneven surfaces are difficult for you, this hotel has a lot of them. Also. There are 2 elevators in the hotel. One that serves floors 1-5 and one that goes from 5 to 6. We were on the 6th floor and the elevator sounded like it was going to fall apart. There was a few times it didn’t move right away or moved a small amount then stopped for a minute and then continued. Part of me thought I was going to be spending the night stuck in the elevator. With all the being said. I would stay here again. The convenience of the location outweighed the quarks
