Great room bed were a little bit small but all good at the end. Staff is very friendly and got us a better room when WiFi did not work in our room. Good breakfast. Perfect location with easy access to main bus line to visit main attractions. Very good stay overall.

The staff are good in English, we could communicate with the staff in English without problem, especially the staff in charge of luggage counter. They are super helpful in forwarding the luggage.

The hotel is not very new, but it is kept clean, has a calm atmosphere, and is quiet, probably because of the good surroundings. Most of the guests are Japanese and Westerners, and there are no guests from other Asian countries, so there was no noise that bothered me.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was helpful and kind, room was clean / bed was so comfortable, and the shuttle bus was convenient. I was hoping for more with the main restaurant, but it was still very good.

My partner and I came here on our honeymoon and felt incredibly looked after by the team. It was a massive plus having a decent sized premium room, a free shuttle bus to the train station and early luggage drop offs. We highly recommend booking a premium room, as we had access to a special premium lounge which had daily afternoon tea, snacks and alcohol readily available to unwind after a long day

Comfortable and stylish

The premium rooms are spacious for Japan and stylish. Beds are comfortable and Tempur pillows were good. Only negative, they would not allow you to take drinks purchased from the bar to your room which was disappointing

The hotel is very nice and the staff is incredible, but the location is not the best. Everything is about 20 min walk, which doesn’t seem much, but it is because google maps thinks we all walk fast. Hotel is super clean and beautiful
