Breakfast was below average with not many meat options. The waffle was decent. The staff is not attentive, having to use the phone every time we needed help at the front desk, even during midday. The hotel is starting to show it's age. The luggage carts are the worst! The thing I need to stress most about this stay (our 3rd time there) is the beds we were in, room 315, were horrible, super uncomfortable, and they need to be replaced. I asked the desk if it was possible to change rooms and he asked what was wrong with the bed? I understand the hotel was full so they were not able to move us into a different room, but there was no empathy. The pool towels were empty, which isn't a big deal, just another example of how attention to detail is lacking. The best part about this hotel is the location.
