We stayed for a week & the whole experience was superb. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The service was phenomenal. The hotel, facilities & room design is absolutely beautiful. It’s located in yalikavak, which is where you want to be. A walking distance to the marina. I highly recommend it & would definitely stay there again.

Every staff member was polite and helpful especially concierge and guest relations manager who went out of their way to assist us with booking reservations.
