The first day arrived late, due to the lack of room to change our room into a studio only a bed without a sofa, we can only have a person to sleep on the floor. The most outrageous is 10 o'clock to check out, 10:01 front desk called to urge to check out, the first time I encountered this situation.

Our room was dirty, I cut my foot 2 times on the tile floor that was breaking. Mold was in our bathroom, refrigerator was dirty and stained. There was a ring around the bathtub and water leaking stains on living room and bathroom ceilings. Carpet was coming apart. Very unhappy we stayed for my wedding and I went and bought supplies to clean the room. Our keys stopped working every 2 days and they made us walk to get new one to the other property. I asked for a cart to load and u load our car and they said I had to look around. Will not be back and I do have pictures I would like a partial refund at the very least.

I stay at this place several times a year. My daughter and her family live right down the street. I normally stay in building one I stayed in 2 this check in. Unfortunately not a good experience I checked in Christmas at 8:30 when I got to my room no TV it wasn't working. I called down stairs to the desk and the said someone would be there between 15 -30 minutes. Finally at 10 pm I went down stairs and the office and everything was closed for the evening . I sat there with nothing on Christmas. The next morning I called again and said if they don't want to fix refund me. The maintenance man came it was out he had to change the remote and reprogram. He mentioned the cleaning staff isn't checking TVS and apparently if anyone doing inspections don't either. Lots of dirty and hairy baseboards, stained towels and duvet. Wasn't a pleasant experience this time at all.

Not the worst or best the 8.4 Rating is a stretch….. the pictures on the site do not match the room description!! They said if we wanted that room it would be an additional $30 a night. (No thanks) because the way this room looked I didn’t want a bigger room looking old and outdated. The bathroom sink is so low. Its a preschool bathroom size lol. The room also have a funny smell no idea what it is. The most annoying thing is the walls are literally paper thin. We can hear EVERYTHING from outside to the people next door. We have a end unit. The elevator is a little wanky as well. Old dirty and did a lot of shaking. Im not impressed by any of it. I am wondering where the 8.4 stars came from. They also don’t clean the room if your stay is shorter than 7 days….. otherwise its a Fee. The staff are not helpful and seems to be getting paid to do nothing especially housekeeping. Walkways and elevator area dirty. Overall my four night stay was not the best. If you are looking for a shabby place to sleep this is it.

The studio was clean and comfortable. They had a microwave, fridge with freezer and kitchen sink. The tub was huge so it is very good if you have aches and pains. I would go there again. Thanks.

Room design was a bit dated but it was really clean even the bathroom. Only concern was the thin walls so if you have loud neighbors, you would hear them. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay
