Dans quelles mesures recevez-vous vos clients dans ces conditions ? L'hôtel est totalement en chantier, de l'entrée ou la poudre du plaquo vous tombe dessus, aux étages de chambres où les fils électriques pendent et des serviettes gisent sur le sol, en passant par les bruits de perçeuse le matin, le midi, l'apres-midi. J'étais prête à entendre la notion de "l'hôtel est en rennovation" en découvrant le chantier à mon arrivée, mais lorsqu'on m'indique me mettre en chambre au 12e étage pour être tranquille : Loin de moi d'imaginer que le matin, tous les ouvriers seront dans le couloir devant ma chambre en train de percer le mur collé à ma chambre. C'est irrespectueux. Vous êtes en chantier jusqu'en février ? Eh bien fermé ou a minima, prévenez vos clients et dédomagez ceux qui n'ont pas été prévenus. Dommage car il faut reconnaitre que la chambre est très belle et bien entretenue si on passe outre le reste.

On avait prévu de réserver pour passer un bon week-end à Lille en prévoyant un hôtel proche du centre mais le choix n a pas été judicieux car de gros travaux dans l hôtel ce qui n’a pas été pratique pour monter au 10 étage et du bruit en perceuse et autre matériel l’ascenseur toujours sollicité par les ouvriers

Bonjour . La chambre très propre mais avec un petit problème d’odeur de renfermé . Agréable dans l’ensemble. Pour l’arrivée dans l’appartement hôtel difficile de juger car travaux partout même dans l’ascenseur mais n’est-ce pas pour l’amélioration de l’établissement . Cela aurait été bien d’avoir un prix de ce fait plus bas . Très bon accueil du personnel . Merci beaucoup.

The hotel is undergoing a refurbishment. My room was one that has been upgraded and it is done to a high standard. The apart-hotel room is spacious, clean, comfortable and I would recommend it. There are some sound issues with the adjoining room, but this is pretty minor. The location is excellent for trains, metro and walking into Vieux Lille.
