To Whom It May Concern,
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. This was not a great experience at all. I did not get the room I originally reserved, and the front desk staff twisted words when I asked about the issue. The person helping me was in training with no supervisor present, which made the situation even more frustrating.
The room provided was very small and could not accommodate three people as needed. Because the reservation could not be honored, I received a refund—but I did NOT receive the full $125 that was supposed to be refunded.
Overall, this was poor service, and I am requesting that the remaining $125 be refunded immediately.
