The check-in process was a little confusing when I asked for a second room key and got bounced over to a lady wanting us to attend a time share presentation. Other than that, the service was very good. Check-in is the only place service efficiency needs fixed. After driving all day, we just wanted to get to the room we paid for not stand around for another 15 minutes hearing why we need to attend a sales presentation. If the sales pitch could be eliminated unless someone really wanted to participate, that would make the experience perfect. Otherwise, just let people check in and get their room keys.
