Amazing hotel in the Taman Negara National Park. Great set up for all trips into the jungle. Worth noting you need to catch a boat across the river to get to the hotel.

Since I am interested in plants, birds and animals the entire property delighted me and I spent a lot of time trekking. The property is beautiful and there is so much to do and see.

Nice to visit, the walking tours are not very long / interesting and full of tourists, we saw more people than animals. The accommodation and food was basic, it had everything you need for a 1 or 2 night stay.

Incredible location and surroundings. Tours where great, and worth the money.. but, the cabins are old, and some of them is located quite far away. Worst thing was the food, absolutely disgusting, not even up to marginal standard - a shame, since the place has so much potential.

Stay in the middle of the jungle

Best location. Service minded staff. Tours available on site. Cottage super cozy. Food was average. A/C works perfect. Tip: dont leave anything outside the door, the monkeys will take it / eat it! Also, the animals make noise at night (it is the jungle after all), so if you are a light sleeper remember ear plugs.

Vi reiste fra Double tree by Hilton i Kuala Lumpur, med taxi. Det kostet RM 1100, som var mye mer enn det vi leste pÄ internett. Vi reiste med ryggsekk, som var smart! Det er veeeeldig bratt ned til der hvor bÄtene gÄr og man mÄ gÄ pÄ smale gangveier av tre for Ä komme i bÄten. Vi tok halvpensjon og var fornÞyd med bÄde frokosten og middagen. Hyttene var rene og fine og personalet var hyggelige. Det var gode muligheter med turer pÄ egenhÄnd i jungelen, mye trapper enkelte stier. Et opphold som kan anbefaler! Vi var der i 3 netter, som muligens kan vÊre en natt for mye.

SkÞnt sted indfriede alle forventninger. Dog kunne guiderne pÄ turene opleves uinteresseret i deres arbejde. Men vi har ogsÄ store forventninger fra andre ligende natur-hoteller.

Drie nachten en vier dagen Taman Negara

Prachtig park midden in het Taman Negara Park. Als enige aan de andere kant van de Rivier, waardoor je zo het park in kan lopen en ook de meeste excursies beginnen vanaf hier. Bij het resort zijn ook veel excursies te boeken. Wij hadden het verblijf inclusief ontbijt- en dinerbuffet, wat prima verzocht was. Niet extreem uitgebreid, maar wel voldoende en elke dag iets anders op het buffet. We verbleven in een ruim en schoon chalet, waar we elke dag nieuwe handdoeken kregen en twee nieuwe flesjes water. Super tevreden en zeker aan te raden voor een verblijf in Taman Negara

We hadden hoge verwachtingen na het lezen van reviews en het zien van foto's maar het was 'maar' gewoon. Alles was netjes, de hutjes zijn wat verouderd. Wel een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en dinerbuffet.

Mutiara is het beste verblijf in de omgeving. Wij verbleven in een suite. Deze is comforabel, maar zeer gehorig. Je kunt de buren letterlijk verstaan. Ook het snurken en andere slaapkamer geluiden zijn niet te missen. Sommige suites zijn geschakeld. De meeste chalets voor 2 personen zijn vrijstaand.

Emplacement de choix

Les bungalows sont vastes au sein d'un parc magnifique juste en limite de forĂȘt.La dĂ©coration intĂ©rieure est passable ( Ă©clairage aux nĂ©ons, mobilier minimaliste). La restauration, malgrĂ© le choix Ă©tait de niveau moyen. Le personnel est nombreux et avenant. Il y a un bureau qui propose des activitĂ©s variĂ©es ( un peu plus chĂšres qu'en ville pour certaines) et un supĂ©rette sur place. Le bateau pour accĂ©der Ă  l'hĂŽtel est payant ( 1 RM par trajet/ personne).

Bien trop cher pour ce que c’est

Seul avantage de l’hĂŽtel : ĂȘtre dans le parc. Sinon, Accueil dĂ©sagrĂ©able, restaurant trĂšs cher, trois fois plus cher que les restaurants sur la riviĂšre, et au moins 10 fois plus mauvais, le parc Taman Negara n’a pas beaucoup d’intĂ©rĂȘt pour celui qui ne va pas s’y enfoncer profondĂ©ment. La personne de l’hĂŽtel qui Ă©tait censĂ©e nous exposer les activitĂ©s nous a tout dĂ©conseillĂ©. RĂ©sultat, on n’a rien fait de particulier. Le mĂ©nage est le stricte minimum, les quantitĂ©s d’eau potable donnĂ©es sont minimes, nous Ă©tions trois, on nous a donnĂ© pour Ă  peine une personne. Les personnes qui travaillent dans le parc sont dĂ©sagrĂ©ables, aucun sourire, mĂȘme pas les principaux signes de politesse. Enfin, le parc est totalement Ă  l’abandon, les infrastructures sont cassĂ©es, voir dangereuses, et les personnes qui font traverser la riviĂšre sont moyennement sympathiques. DĂ©cevant.
