Had a fantastic stay at Tsampika Hotel. Clean, spacious, air conditioned room. Buffet had a varied selection of salad, cheese, cooked meats, fish and vegetables (might not be for fussy eaters, no chicken nuggets). Good sized swimming pool. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Took 25mins to get from airport to the hotel via a bus and the beach is a 10min easy walk.

That’s everything else but all inclusive. And when ever you eat you will have to be seasoning your food everytime. When they did the cleaning they didn’t change the sheets and towels they just put them back (folded) and dirty on the bed. Even tho spending time there wasn’t worth it because i booked a different hotel the same day and came back the day before my flight.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! What a terrible hotel - they say all inclusive but it’s far from this. The drinks and food are not consumable. Dirty old beakers to pour yourself cheap awful draught soft drinks. The beer was clearly out of date and the lines hadn’t been cleaned as the beer was AWFUL!! Food was a joke, cold and inedible. Rooms were filthy, not even a stand for the shower head or a plug for the bath. We left this hotel after our first night, it was a health and safety hazard to my family. Upon checking out was greeted to a hole load of abuse infront of my pregnant wife and son from the old man who sits at reception thinking he runs an empire. Avoid at all costs and don’t waste your money! This hotel is a shambles.

Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© 8 nuits, Ă  notre arrivĂ©e, anticipĂ©e avec l'hĂŽtel qui a eu lieu Ă  3h du matin, nous avons Ă©tĂ© transfĂ©rĂ©s dans un tout autre hĂŽtel, situĂ© plus bas dans la rue, les lits n'Ă©taient pas fait et la clim pas actionĂ©e... Alors comme convenu nous revoici Ă  11h00, pour enfin rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clĂ©s de notre chambre. Celle-ci n'Ă©tait pas prĂȘte car occupĂ©e par les femmes de mĂ©nage ce que nous comprenons totalement et sur ce point nous n'avons rien Ă  reprocher car elle Ă©tait impeccable. Pour parler des points positifs nous avons aimĂ© la proximitĂ© de l'hĂŽtel, bus, la mer et des lieux mythiques. Concernant la piscine elle est spacieuse et il Ă©tait facile d'obtenir des transates. Le personnel du cĂŽtĂ© des buffets Ă©taient trĂšs gentils, les repas Ă©taient bons mais bĂ©moles cela tournaient en rond, la sensation de vraiment toujours manger la mĂȘme chose.. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© déçu sur le fait que les chambres Ă©taient dites "insonorisĂ©es" car cela est faux, en plein milieu de la nuit nous entendions des mouvements dans le couloir, des valises roulĂ©es, les rĂ©veils des chambres voisines sonner ou encore le tĂ©lĂ©phone de la rĂ©ception. J'ajoute aussi Ă  nouveau que nous sommes conscients du travail fournis par les femmes de mĂ©nage mais plusieurs matin nous avons Ă©tĂ© reveillĂ©s par celle-ci qui entre dans la chambre pour commencer le nettoyage Ă  mĂȘme pas 9h00.. À noter aussi que le monsieur de l'accueil s'est avĂ©rĂ© ĂȘtre rancunier, nous dire Ă  peine bonjour suite Ă  notre remarque sur la 1nuit.

A very well maintained hotel. Friendly staff who look after your needs. Hotel about 10 min walk to a lovely sandy beach passing many different shops. Good quality food served daily. A family run hotel, not too big so overall a very pleasant atmosphere at the hotel. Water heated by solar panels so heats up during the day.

We had a good overall experience the rooms and pool was nice and clean. We booked for all inclusive but the quality of food and drinks for the all inclusive was not good quality. We had to eat at restaurants sometimes for a better experience. The drinks provided were cheap and cocktails bad. if you wanted a proper coffee or juice you had to pay extra. I don’t think the money we spent for all inclusive was worth it as I could eat out with this money and enjoy more.

Good location if wanting to explore the island, room was fairly modern, 24 hour check in, Sunday BBQ was excellent and cooked by the owner! Family-run hotel, good priced for package deal, really easy transport links to get to other areas, free parking outside the hotel, newly renovated pool! Cleaners change towels everyday and the hotel also provides beach towels daily. All inclusive drinks weren’t great and breakfast could have done with some more fruit like watermelon and peaches! Didn’t dine there other than the Sunday BBQ. Run by husband and wife, who initially seemed a little grumpy but after a while perked up, they don’t sleep much and are committed to the family run business, so understandably tired! Overal, perfect for what we needed, didn’t spend much time at the hotel as used it as a base to explore the island.

Sehr geehrte, Damen und Herren Hiermit möchten wir ihnen unsere negativen EindrĂŒcke und Erfahrungen aufzeigen. Unser Urlaub wurde durch das Hotel eine reinste Katastrophe. Wir sind voller Vorfreude und Erwartungen angereist und wollten entspannen doch es kam alles anders. Es fing alles mit dem Check in an. Der Mitarbeiter wohlgemerkt weit ĂŒber seinem Zenit hat uns erst zum Buffet geschickt ,damit er selbst was essen konnte und so den Check in verzögert. Womit wir gleich zum ersten Mangelpunkt kommen. Wir sind sehr verĂ€rgert ĂŒber die QualitĂ€t des Essen hier. Auf den Bildern und Rezessionen wurde geschwĂ€rmt was es fĂŒr ein gutes Essen gibt. Das Nudeln teilweise hart wie Stein waren wurde aber nicht erwĂ€hnt oder die Tatsache das Salat so trocken war das wir es selbst noch mal marinieren mussten. Teilweise mussten wir das Essen runterschlingen um nicht zu verhungern, da die Restaurants außerhalb erst um 17 Uhr geöffnet haben. Das Essen wurde auch nicht regelmĂ€ĂŸig aufgefĂŒllt und nach 10-15 Personen mussten wir sehr lange warten bis die nĂ€chsten Portionen kamen. Ausserdem gab es auch Bestimmte Uhrzeiten wo man essen musste. Ab 22 Uhr gab es ĂŒberhaupt kein Essen mehr. Um 17 Uhr bis 17:30 Uhr gab es Snacks das aus trockenen Keksen und Kuchen bestand. (Betonung liegt hier auf All Inclusive) Wir haben unter All inclusive verstanden das man alles Umsonst kriegt und nicht zusĂ€tzlich was zahlen muss. Das Hotel, betrachtet man nur das GebĂ€ude und die Zimmer, ist in einem guten Zustand. Neu renoviert. Es ist und bleibt halt ein 2-Sterne-Hotel. Die guten Bewertungen zum Essen können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Abwechslung —> Fehlanzeige. Alle GetrĂ€nke aus Postmixautomaten. Speisen die heiß sein sollten waren lauwarm bis kalt. Auch bei einem „gĂŒnstigen“ Reiseangebot darf die Verpflegung nicht so schlecht sein. Pommes und Bratwurst sind nun mal nicht das, was sich der Durchschnitts-Touri morgens zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck wĂŒnscht.
