I thought the location of the property was absolutely great. The hotel itself was fine - small shower and overall not the nicest looking bathroom, but the AC worked great and the bed was comfy. If I had been better about booking out earlier I think I would have been thrilled by it overall, but as it was I paid a bit too much for just a fine hotel in a great area.

If you’re looking for an upscale boutique hotel in Venice, this location checks all of the boxes. The location is clean, well decorated, and has a strong air conditioner. I highly recommend the breakfast here. It has been one of the best breakfast buffets we’ve had in Europe.

The hotel was very nice, clean and relaxed. Nice rooms and staff. The only thing you need to think about is the location. If you could get around with the ferrys that leave almost right outside the hotel then your good. If you are a walking person it is in my opinion a bit far from the city center. There's also a coop market right beside the hotel, very nice. Would definitely recommend the hotel, but not the walking distance.
