The resort was beautiful and well kept with lovely landscaping and modern buildings. The food was delicious in the main restaurant, so much do that we didn’t bother eating anywhere else. There was plenty of variety and they made it a point to change things up every night so it stayed interesting and appealing. The pools and amenities were wonderful and the start was excellent. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again!

Negative points: The room/bathroom should have more amenities. There's no bathrobe or slippers. The minibar SHOULD BE FREE, AFTER ALL IT'S AN ALL-INCLUSIVE HOTEL. The beach towels should be changed daily. to make more water available inside the room. The reception staff lack courtesy and a sense of hospitality. They are cold and impersonal. There should be someone on the beach to help with setting up the sunbed.

Wonderful Hotel with the most amazing staff from Managers down to cleaners. Huge choice of food and the animation team the best in the world. Their shows in the amphitheatre are equally as good as the top London events. Only downside is the long walk to the open sea and so-so snorkelling. Excellent value for money.

Our first visit to Sharm El Sheikh was unforgettable, and this resort exceeded all expectations! Our room in the Luxor building (top level) was spacious, spotless, and impeccably maintained. A special thanks to our housekeeper, Mohammed, whose attention to detail and creative towel origami made our stay extra special. The resort had everything—beautiful pools, a fun aqua park, and a stunning beach. A highlight was learning archery with Piero, whose energy and enthusiasm made it so much fun. Our daughter loved the kids’ club, thanks to Rym’s warmth and care. The entertainment team was outstanding, especially Victor, whose charisma and passion lit up every show. From start to finish, the staff’s warmth and hospitality made all the difference. With top-notch service, great facilities, and delicious food, this resort left a lasting impression. We can’t wait to return—highly recommended!

This was my second visit to this resort and I was not disappointed. The grounds are green and well maintained, staff is very friendly and accommodating. Even prior to my arrival I contacted the resort and they were able to accommodate all my needs and address my questions. Thank you, Mohamed Hefny, Marawan Tarek and the rest of the team for making my stay comfortable. Entertainment team is working tirelessly to make the leisure pleasant and fun. Huge thanks to Lucas, Artiem, Masha, Vlad, Uliana, Dasha, Ksusha, Aliona, Max and Sasha. You guys are amazing! The only challenge I had is the Wi-Fi. It was a little week in my room. I would recommend this place and I would definitely come back.

NO WIFI OUTDATED ROOMS

This hotel DOES NOT have WiFi throughout the hotel. Infact it has no WiFi in the rooms and only in reception and parts of the lobby. This is ridiculous because it advertises as WiFi throughout the hotel so it’s false advertising. I booked a premium room with pool view. My room was terracotta colour not white as advertised and in room 12301 a massive palm tree was blocking the pool view. do no stay here!!

Tüm alanların temizliği çok iyiydi. Personelin yaklaşımı ve hizmetinden çok memnun kaldık. Havuz ve odalar yeterince büyük, otelin peyzajı harika. Kumsal çok güzel ve kum ama tüm Şarm el Şeyh gibi denize iskeleden giriliyor. Sahilden ileriye 400m kadar deniz diz seviyesinde ve dibi resif olduğundan deniz ayakkabısı giyilmeli. Deniz dalgalı olmadığında iskeleden giriş muhteşem bir deneyim. Basit bir gözlük ve şnorkelle bir akvaryumda yüzüyormuşsunuz gibi keyifli. Yemek yeterince çeşitli. Her zevke göre lezzet mevcut. 3 alakart restoran var ama açık büfe o kadar iyiydi ki biz gerek görmedik. Güzel bir aquapark ve sessizlik havuzu da mevcut. Otel dolu olmasına rağmen ne barlarda ne de başka yerde kuyrukta beklemedik. Hizmet veren bir çok bar var ama genel alkollü içki kalitesi düşük. Bu durum Mısır'ın turizm politikasıyla ilgili sanırım, yerli alkoller kullanılıyor. Bira ve alkolsüz içecekler güzel. Bir daha Şarm el Şeyh'e gelirsek ilk tercihimiz olacak. Tüm personele teşekkür ederiz.

Ottimo hotel con servizio all inclusive. La qualità dei ristoranti é medio alta per l'egitto. Difficile ottenere tanto di più. Pulizia e gestione ottima. Animazione ok ovviamente tutto internazionale. Ottima la parte spiaggia la bariera nella norma per la zona, per avere di meglio serve prendere le escursioni. Acqua parco di ottimo livello incluso nei servizi. Dive center costoso ma ottimamente gestito ed i ragazzi sono molto gentili.
