Points positifs : La chambre était propre et le service au bar a été très agréable, en particulier grâce au professionnalisme du jeune homme qui s’en occupait. Points négatifs : Malheureusement, le séjour a été globalement décevant en raison de plusieurs points inacceptables pour un établissement hôtelier de cette taille : • Literie très inconfortable, avec des matelas clairement vieillissants. J’ai demandé un sur-matelas dès la première nuit. On m’a finalement donné une couette pour améliorer un peu la situation, mais le lendemain on m’a simplement annoncé qu’il n’y avait pas de possibilité de sur-matelas. • Ce manque de réactivité et de considération a été aggravé par l’attitude désinvolte de la jeune femme à l’accueil, qui n’a pas semblé prendre ma demande au sérieux. • Au moment du départ, aucune facture ne m’a été fournie, sous prétexte que l’imprimante ne fonctionnait plus. J’ai dû moi-même relancer pour l’obtenir, et lors de mon appel, la même employée m’a clairement montré son agacement, ce qui est totalement inapproprié. Conclusion : Un service client qui laisse à désirer, une literie indigne d’un hôtel de ce type, et un rapport qualité/prix clairement insuffisant. Dommage, car le potentiel est là, mais l’expérience ne suit pas.

This hotel was perfectly located for our 2 days exploring Biot and for our drive from the Nice Airport (~45 minutes away). The staff was quite friendly and overall the hotel has a cool (but not too cool) vibe. The room was comfortable and the parking was free AND very convenient.

Clean, large, quiet and modern/updated room ✅ Best to have a rental car or take uber but location ensures a quieter stay away from the tourist crowds & late night obnoxious party goers. Short drive or uber to major attractions in Antibes , and an excellent base for FR as a whole.

Trevligt hotell

Rummet var rymligt och bra, städning varje dag och nya handdukar vid behov. Tyvärr är rummen ganska lyhörda men overall så är hotellet väldigt trevligt och bra. Stor parkering men då det är ett populärt hotell kan det vara svårt vissa kvällar att få tag i en plats. Personalen är behjälplig vid dessa tillfällen och kan hänvisa dig till parkering eller så kan man betala för att stå under tak.

Hotel Top, Zimmer Top. Frühstück nicht zufriedenstellend. Keiner der Tische wurde morgens abgeräumt. Auf manchen fanden sich noch Gesellschaftsspiele vom Vorabend. Speisen wurden nicht aufgefüllt. Auf den Tischen standen noch Speisen und Geschirr von den Besuchern davor. Die Mitarbeiter standen in Gruppen und haben geredet, statt sich um die Situation vor Ort zu kümmern.

Oltre alla scortesia di alcuni della reception non tutti, la chief manager e i ragazzi gentili, colazione impossibile, mancavano i posti a sedere , le posate e le cose da mangiare e da bere alle 9 , la colazione era fino alle 10, MAI arrivate! Il rifacimento della nostra camera è stato fatto oltre le 16.30 . Camera non grande ma carina.

Sehr netter Empfang am frühen Morgen um 04:00 Uhr. Leider war das Babybett nicht im Zimmer, obwohl wir es im Voraus angefragt hatten. Der Receptionist war aber sehr freundlich und konnte schnell eins organisieren und aufbauen. Leider gab es aber keine Matratze fürs Babybett und wir mussten ein wenig improvisieren mit Duvets und Kissen, da die Unterlage sonst hart wie der Boden war. Das Zimmer ist gross und sauber, das Bett sehr bequem, das Hotel ist modern und sehr einladend eingerichtet.
