As a vegetarian, the room service menu was very limited. I ate the same meal for the 3 days I was there. The room I had was not 5*. Leaking roof in living area when it rained, stained shower screen and wash basin surround and fridge door. For the price, these things should be in better condition. The staff are excellent and the spa has an amazing choice of treatments. 10/10 for peace and tranquility

5 Stars – Pure Bliss at the Jamaican Inn! My husband and I had the most incredible stay at the Jamaican Inn. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The staff made us feel like family—so warm, friendly, and they even remembered our names throughout the stay. It truly made us feel special. Huge thanks to Asha and Patrick, the amazing beach bartenders, who kept the drinks cold and the vibes high. Asha went above and beyond by teaching us how to play croquet, which ended up being one of our favorite memories! And Albert was always there to set up our beach chairs with care every day. The food was absolutely phenomenal, and the live band in the evenings added the perfect touch of island magic. The whole atmosphere was relaxed and elegant—just what we were looking for. One of the highlights of the trip was the spa. I was greeted by the lovely Marcia with a refreshing lemongrass ginger juice, then treated to an unforgettable deep tissue massage by Danntistia—she truly has the hands of an angel. The spa overlooks the ocean, and hearing the waves during the treatment brought me to such a peaceful, relaxed state. Housekeeping was wonderful—so kind and thoughtful, and our room was always immaculate. We left feeling completely refreshed and already can’t wait to return. Jamaican Inn is truly a slice of paradise!

It was our third or even fourth time here. Come here if you need a real rest. The vacation was so calm, restful. The beach is the best on the cost. They don’t have TV in rooms.

My adult daughter and I went to the Jamaica Inn for a quick 4 night getaway. What makes this resort is the staff and the beach. Ash Quade and William at the beach bar were so friendly and entertaining. The spa was wonderful. Marica was very helpful in assisting us in spa offerings. Azeeza gave a great massage and my daughter enjoyed her facial with Kenneth. The beach was gorgeous. We enjoyed paddle boarding. It is a quiet resort. Most of the visitors were British and retirees. The Jamaica Inn is a classic old school boutique resort. It was a nice relaxing vacation.

This hotel is a different world, and one of the few places where they have every detail down perfectly. The service could not be better, and if you’ve been to Jamaica previously and seen the sights, there simply is no reason to leave the hotel grounds. We especially like Cottages 3 and 4, but have not stayed in a bad room yet. The private beach is perfect, as is the beach bar (“Teddy’s”). Croquet, anyone? Please don’t forget to pack your whites. The kitchen runs smoothly, and the menu is varied. Don’t worry about tiny portions or unidentifiable goop, or being served some type of “foam” as a dish, these people cook real Caribbean fare to please their guests, without Jonesing for a Michelin star.
