Hotel location is very good and the highlight of our stay. Minutes to food and street shops. The reception staff seem to be new or not trained well. Check in and check out is slow. Rooms could definitely use some maintenance. Moldy spots in the bathroom, chips on furniture, stains on toilet seat. These small touches took away from the comfort level as it didn't feel “clean”. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was good. Overall, for what you pay its worth it, but would look at other options in the future

The only point l dislike is the central Aircon which is far too cold even when rm's unit is set to lowest fan at 30degC. Ts time l m pleased they allotted us a room with window facing main road, contrary to 6 mths ago with back view looking at school class room.

Reasonable rental price, good for couples and business trips. Love the scent of the lobby, hallways and rooms as well as the cleanliness. The staff from top to bottom are all friendly. There are many shops around the hotel.
