Amenities. The bar or roof top wasn’t open. They were doing construction on the roof. I stayed on the 7th floor and all I heard was banging, cranes being moved around and just so much noise. I didn’t get a reason as to why the bar was closed. Being a solo female travel, that didn’t help at all. I was there to celebrate my 40th birthday and couldn’t even get as tipsy as I wanted to. It would’ve been more easier and convenient to be able to drink at the bar at my hotel. That way if I did get drunk I can go to my room easily and not worry about going to a bar outside the hotel. My room I give it a 3. Staff a 3. Just wasn’t the best experience overall.

Room was spacious and clean. Exercise room. rooftop patio and bar were all closed for repairs. Mattress was thinner than I am used to. Location was ok, decent restaurants within walking distance. Not bad for a one night layover.

No ocean view at all. The parking was across the street and you kept getting trapped in the parking lot because the person at the front desk has to use a clicker to let you in and out of the parking lot and they’re not always at the desk to let you in or out. Then the first room, the shower was broken. The second room had no hot water and a dirty comforter. And the blade was hard as rocks, and we had a view of the parking lot. Don’t go here

Air conditioning was great. Limited parking at the hotel & free parking lot was around the corner & unlighted. The female staff were friendly & outgoing, greeting us. The male staff didn't say a word unless i spoke directly to him. It was great having a refrigerator & microwave in the room. Missed having a pool on site & the rooftop had no table or chairs for watching the ocean or the stars. Access to the beach was more than 15 minute walk & involved walking across several busy highways.

We had a wonderful one night stay pre cruise. Arrived via Uber and checkin was quick and easy - the 2 staff were very friendly. We walked to the grocery a block asay to get a few things then found a wonderful restaurants around the corner. Lots of restaurants very close. The only issue we had was trying to get luggage down the next am as there were a lot of cruisers but after 3 rounds of elevators we were down, checked out and on our way. Less than 10 min ride to cruise port.

The room we were given was extremely disappointing, with a strong musty, urine-like smell—my kids described it as a dark, smelly box. Several things were broken, including charging points, the towel holder, and the shower handle, and the bathroom looked dirty and worn. Although the staff were polite, they said they couldn’t help as the hotel was sold out and only offered a refund. I requested a callback from the manager, but no one ever contacted us during the three nights we stayed. Since it was Christmas/New Year and most hotels were full, we were stuck staying there. Housekeeping was also very poor. The room was not cleaned every day—at nights we returned to find the beds not made and the bathroom still covered in sand from the previous day’s beach trip. This lack of basic housekeeping added to an already disappointing experience. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Spacious clean room on the edge of a popular tourist area near the airport. We were only there in the dark, but the rooftop deck looks excellent and there's a good view at night. There's hotel parking across the street, and a free parking lot less than a block away. If you're driving in, note that the hotel is on a narrow driveway just above the main road, and if you miss it, you'll have to do some driving around to get back to it. There's a small gym. and though there's no bar or restaurant, there are plenty down the street. I mentoned this is on the corner of a popular area, there are some derelict buildings at the corner, and a historic church (now abandoned) next door, but there were lots of tourists walking into the much busier other direction.
