My flight was a half an hour late landing in Orlando, by the time I got my luggage and called them it was 9:14pm. I reached the front desk and was told they would send the van and where to wait. After waiting about an hour I called back and was told they don’t do a shuttle after 9pm. I ended up calling an uber and paying a premium because at this point it was after 10pm.

This property provided exactly what you would expect for the price. Everything was fine but nothing was great. The property was clean but needs updating. The staff were polite but not overly helpful, the check in line was long. Breakfast was pretty good for the price point, but they often ran out of food requiring a wait. We used this hotel as an inexpensive place to stay before going on our cruise and it worked well for that.

The room had a slight smell to it, and the paint was cracking in the shower. Other than that, the hotel was really nice and the staff was really nice. I enjoyed the stay and will book here again when i need a hotel. The shuttle was really easy to get to, although there were some mixed signals from the staff. But either way i got on one quickly and made my flight without any problems.

The main reason I reserved this hotel is that they have hot tub. I had called them before I reserved whether it is working or not. They said it is working. However, when I checked in the manager said it has been broken for 5 months. So disappointed. Tried to cancel it with hotel.com, but it was hard. Room smells so bad, so I asked to change it. Many things on property were broken and not well taken care of. Elevator button on our floor was broken, front doors closed and wouldn’t open until so one had to pry them open. The front desk person was not very friendly. Would not want to stay there again.

The motel was clean and in a nice location. However, our door was off the hinges and could easily be opened. When notified the front desk staff we were told that a bunch of the rooms on our floor were the same way as someone had tried to break in and there was nothing they could do! We stayed for 4 nights with our 3 yo. Cons- Property is definitely not like the pictures. Rooms were OK, but very limited. No sheets or blanket for pull out sofa. No extra toilet paper. Sheets and mattress protector didn't fit the bed. Stains on carpet, curtains and walls. No room cleaning the entire stay. Initially checked into a dirty room, new room keys didn't work (multiple times throughout the stay). It was obvious they were short-staffed. I overheard only 2 HK for over 40 rooms, no wonder we saw a line out the door for check-in one night at 10pm and their rooms were still not ready! Pros- breakfast was good, beds were comfy. Food trucks outside were a plus. Great location, park nearby. Friendly Staff.

First off you have to pay for open parking in their lot $10 per day. Their trash situation was overflowing in all of the common areas, the first room I was given had a strong odor of mold and mildew the tub was disgusting full of hair the bathroom floor was sticky and filthy. I was moved to another room which I will say didn’t smell of mold which was a plus but again the bathroom was filthy other occupants hair stains all over the carpet, A/C didn’t work the thermostat was set to 50 and it was in the 70’s in the room. The bed only had a sheet no comforter or blanket. There were blankets terribly folded in the closet which were not clean. I’m not one to complain but there weren’t any other rooms available there or anywhere else. I would highly suggest finding an alternative hotel as this one doesn’t coincide with any of the photos or review it was given.
