This impressive hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Cardiff, and very easy to find. No parking available although there are 2 NCP car parks within a couple of minutes’ walk. Very clean throughout with excellent amenities and very polite and helpful staff. I’d happily book here again.

The entire hotel was absolutely amazing, close to the train station, close to the shopping area, lots of restaurants, the spa was so very good. The hotel staffs especially Ana and Joe, they were exceptionally helpful, sweet, friendly and kind, the level of professionalism was fantastic. Many thanks to them both.
