Rude staff

The room wasn’t that clean, the bathtub was old and kind of rusted around the edges. The lady at the front desk with short hair was rude. There was not coffee ready for breakfast all gone, I asked her and she said she will make some and when back to her phone I waited 10 m and still not coffee, this was breakfast time

Great stay; needs a couple tweaks!

Our second time staying at Ramada in Coeur d’Alene. Staff and breakfast are top notch! Our room on the first floor was clean except the carpet smell mildewed. When the air conditioner turned on it smelled of urine. We won’t on the first floor again because our room didn’t have a sheer curtain; when we opened our curtains up, EVERYONE could see in our room. PLEASE Wyndham! Get sheer panels for the first floor rooms!

I had thought Ramada was a nicer brand. This one demonstrated that I was wrong. It was firmly at the Quality Inn and Days in level.

Older property that definitely needs updating. Room smelled musty. Windows were dirty. Bathroom was dated with a very low shower head. 3 beds was a perk. Breakfast was very busy and very basic with little variety.

The overall stay was okay. The desk ckerk was great. The fact they had a pool was nice, but you could clearly see the patches from previous repairs, and the hot tub was taped off, even though it appeared to be working. The elevator looked pretty rough, and felt a little sketchy, to be honest. So far as the room was concerned, it was in decent shape, but my wife found hairs stuck to the shower wall, and the tub filled up as we were showering....like 6" full. The building, in general, semed like it could definitely use some care and updating. We had recently stayed at a different hotel, under the same company, which was in better condition and a fair bit cheaper.

Poor experience, will not stay here.

It was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Would not stay in a Ramada or Wyndham any more. Pros: Friendly staff. Good location, close to shops, restaurants and lake. Cons: Door had to be kicked open. Bathroom and bath tub were not clean. Room smelled weird. The entrance from the street is not convenient. Window and glass not clean. No tissues offered.

Run

I booked two identical suites in the same reservation. When I arrived they had me as two separate reservations and on completely different floors. I refused to be separated from my four children so was forced to downgrade to be in the same floor. Room did not have any linens and the pull out bed was horrific. They promised me a 50% discount but it was never received. I paid $306 in total for one night, two disgusting rooms.

Dirty! And rundown

The place is dirty and run down. When you walk on the carpet, dust goes into the air - i tried to capture it in the picture of the arm chair. Mold in the bathroom. Door would not lock. Rear for on the building broken and not secure.
Rag left in shower. Shower not clean
Eggs were frozen in the middle. It looked like they just tossed them in the heating serving unit just prior to opening.
Rear of building not secure. You could walk right in and go straight to the elevator

Never stay at Ramada again

As I walked in the door was rusty and not painted carpets were dirty. attendent couldn’t find my reservation. no Jacuzzi as advertised. Carpets were worn and dirty in the hallways room smelled and TV was mad at crooked on the wall.

Upon arrival, i was informed that the elevator was not working, the hot tub was out of order, and all of the ice machines "had been down for weeks". No credit or prior knowledge of this when i paid more to sray here under the assumption that such amenities would be available. I expressed my disappointment, and was told they would be willing to waive the fee for not staying, but the room had already been paid for thru an outside provider, so i didn't really have an option, other than to pay again elsewhere. I will not be staying there again!

In need of repair but comfortable bed

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good . Hotel is very old and dated. The caulking around the tub is coming loose and had black spots . The carpet is very old and you can see where they have gotten stains out .
