They refused to give my money back and refused to comply with hotels.com. The hotel was very poorly cleaned, as shown in the photos. I was given three rooms as well. The first one was occupied, the second had hair on the shower wall (as pictured), and the third had large clumps of dust and what looked like corn chips on the floor. I asked for a refund and stayed somewhere else for the night, but they denied my request as well as the attempts from Hotels.com to get my request approved. I spoke to the manager on the phone in the lobby about my experience, and he proceeded to yell at me. It is not acceptable to treat customers like this; obviously, the state of the rooms is not my fault, nor did I think I was being overly picky. I don't usually complain about minor issues, but this was unacceptable.
