On the positive side, the receptionist is extremely polite, informative and helpful, the rooms are cleaned to a good standard everyday and the hotel has a convenient location, close to transport, restaurants and supermarkets.
On the negative side:
- management really needs to renovate and upgrade rooms: only two sockets very badly located (across the beds, not next to them) - even too far for you to use the coffee maker, also, the built-in closet is not deep and wide enough so we can't fit our clothes properly there. The room has a coffee maker, but no coffee capsules or tea bags, sugar (I was told I'd need to purchase that), which is basic even in simple guesthouses, only a tiny bin in the toilet (we could also have bin the room).
-The dining space is very small and can get too crowded. No salt/pepper/sugar sachets or shakers on the tables, meaning you need to keep standing up to go to the buffet to get these supplies.
